Global technology leader HP Inc. has officially launched a new generation of laptops in India, powered by Microsoft’s Copilot+ artificial intelligence features, targeting a broad spectrum of users — from individual consumers to large enterprises. The new devices are designed to harness the full potential of AI to boost productivity, enhance collaboration, and streamline daily workflows.
AI Integration at the Core
The new range, branded under HP's premium and commercial lineups, includes models in the HP Spectre, HP Envy, and HP EliteBook series, now integrated with Microsoft’s Copilot+ AI assistant, a core feature in the latest Windows 11 update. These laptops leverage dedicated neural processing units (NPUs) to enable faster, more efficient AI-driven tasks — such as real-time transcription, advanced search, on-device summarization, and smart meeting features.
HP says these models are the first wave of devices tailored for what it calls the “AI PC era,” with hardware and software optimized for seamless local AI processing, reducing the need for constant cloud connectivity.
