Realme GT 7 Series and Buds Air 7 Pro Launched: Flagship Features at Mid-Range Prices!

Realme has officially launched its much-anticipated GT 7 series in China, including the Realme GT 7, GT 7T, and a special "Dream Edition", alongside the premium Realme Buds Air 7 Pro. The unveiling marks a major push by the brand to dominate the upper mid-range and premium segments with flagship-grade hardware and cutting-edge design.

Realme GT 7: Performance Powerhouse

The standard Realme GT 7 brings top-tier specifications aimed at power users and gamers. Powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, the device pairs up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM with 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage, ensuring blazing-fast multitasking and app load times.

The phone sports a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with 144Hz refresh rate, 2160Hz PWM dimming, and peak brightness of 4500 nits — putting it in direct competition with flagship displays. On the camera front, the GT 7 offers a 50MP Sony IMX890 primary sensor with OIS, supported by an 8MP ultra-wide and 2MP macro lens.

A 5500mAh battery with 120W wired fast charging rounds out the package, allowing a 0–50% charge in under 10 minutes.

Realme GT 7T: Tailored for Performance Seekers

The GT 7T is built for those who want flagship performance without breaking the bank. It shares the same display as the GT 7 but runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ processor, positioning itself as a gaming-centric alternative. It supports the same 144Hz AMOLED panel and 120W charging but offers slight trade-offs in camera capabilities with a 50MP + 8MP dual rear camera setup.

Storage variants go up to 12GB RAM + 512GB, and the software experience is enhanced with Realme UI 6.0 based on Android 14, featuring AI enhancements, a performance mode, and improved thermal management.

Realme GT 7 Dream Edition: Premium Style with Substance

The Dream Edition is Realme’s stylish take on performance, featuring a vegan leather back with a unique gradient pattern and gold accents. Internally, it mirrors the GT 7 in specs but adds a custom-tuned haptic engine, a titanium alloy frame for better durability, and exclusive AI photography modes designed in collaboration with a renowned Chinese photographer.

It also debuts Realme’s “Aqua Touch” technology, allowing users to interact with the phone even when their hands are wet — a feature aimed at enhancing real-world usability.

Realme Buds Air 7 Pro: Flagship Audio Experience

Alongside the smartphones, Realme introduced the Buds Air 7 Pro, featuring Hi-Res audio certification, LDAC support, and 55ms ultra-low latency for gaming. The earbuds come with ANC (up to 50dB) and an 11mm dual-layer dynamic driver, offering powerful bass and balanced mids.

Battery life stands at up to 40 hours with the case, and a quick 10-minute charge delivers 7 hours of playback. The earbuds also feature dual-device connectivity and spatial audio, further enhancing their appeal.
