Defense Secretary Launches Rashtraparv Website and Mobile App

New Delhi: Defense Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh has launched the Rashtraparv website and mobile application, designed to provide comprehensive information about national events such as Republic Day, Beating Retreat Ceremony, and Independence Day. The website can be accessed at https://rashtraparv.mod.gov.in, and the mobile app is available for download from the Government App Store (m-Seva).

Speaking at the launch, Defense Secretary Singh highlighted the platform's features, which include live streaming, ticket booking, seating arrangements, and route maps for the events. Additionally, the website and app offer a tableau management portal, enabling states, union territories, ministries, and departments to design and finalize their tableaux for the Republic Day celebrations.

The platform also provides historical data management for tableau proposals and event-related programs, ensuring better collaboration and planning. Developed by the Ministry of Defense in consultation with various stakeholders, the website integrates feedback from states, who suggested the need for a portal to manage tableau designs. Similarly, viewers of Republic Day celebrations expressed the need for accessible information on events, parades, and tableaux.

The Rashtraparv initiative addresses these suggestions, enhancing user convenience and efficiency in organizing and attending these prestigious national events.
