At a press event held at Dell’s global headquarters, the company introduced its latest PowerEdge XE9680 and XE8640 servers, designed to handle the intense computing demands of generative AI, large language models, and advanced data analytics. These systems are built with Nvidia’s cutting-edge GPUs, including the H200 Tensor Core and the newly introduced Blackwell B200 processors, which are touted as some of the most powerful AI chips on the market.

According to Dell, the integration of Nvidia’s accelerated computing technology allows organizations to train and deploy AI models more efficiently, while maintaining the flexibility needed for hybrid and multi-cloud environments. The servers also include Dell’s proprietary software tools to help manage workload distribution, optimize performance, and maintain system health across large-scale deployments.

The company also introduced Dell Validated Designs for AI, a portfolio of reference architectures that help IT teams fast-track deployment by offering tested blueprints for various use cases.
