Israeli-Indian Hackathon 2025 opens registration, offers ₹1 lakh prize pool for restorative-health breakthroughs
Tel Aviv & Patiala, 9 June 2025 — The first-ever Israeli-Indian Hackathon 2025 has officially invited students, start-ups and independent developers to re-imagine restorative health care with technology-driven ideas. The cross-border contest is a collaboration of Israeli and Indian academic leaders, backed by professional chapters of IEEE, ACM, Microsoft Learn, CCS and Google DSC, and promises high-energy mentorship, rapid prototyping and industry exposure.

Key dates
- Round I – Idea submission (PPT): teams upload a 10-slide deck by 10 Aug 2025 23:59 IST.
- Round II – Online pitch day: shortlisted groups present live on 16 August 2025.
- Round III – On-site prototype demo: finalists converge on 23-24 August 2025 for judging and awards.
Rules at a glance
- No entry fee for any team.
- Decks are limited to exactly 10 slides and AI-generated slides are prohibited.
- Certificates are awarded only to teams that pass Round I and present in Round II.

Academic host institutions partner with industry names such as VRSteps, Silvergenie, Tzora Active Systems, Reut Hospital and 8200 Alumni Association, ensuring access to domain experts in med-tech, AI and rehabilitation engineering throughout the hackathon.
