Chinese tech giant Xiaomi has announced the launch of its latest in-house developed mobile chip, marking a significant milestone in its pursuit of technological self-sufficiency and innovation in the semiconductor space.

The newly unveiled chipset, named the Xiaomi Surge T2, is positioned as a high-performance, energy-efficient solution designed to power upcoming Xiaomi smartphones and smart devices.
